I’ve had the Nova Classic Sandwich twice now, and it has been amazing both times! The smoked Nova salmon with cream cheese, tomatoes, onions, and capers is such a good combination, and the bagel brings it all together. Fresh, flavorful, and definitely something I would order again. Spread Bagelry has quickly become one of my go-to spots when I’m craving a really good bagel sandwich.

Bagel was burnt, dry and hard as a rock. There seemed to be a full 8 ounces of cream cheese on the bagel because I probably scraped off half a cup. It also didn’t taste as I expected. I ordered veggie cream cheese but it tasted more like pimento. It had large chunks of some kind of red pepper and no other veggies. The hash browns were also burnt and too spicy. The guy working the grill and toaster was also the one taking orders so that might explain why the food was burned — he had too much multitasking to attempt. The staff wasn’t rude but they weren’t friendly either. I wouldn’t go back.

@diningwithdirk: Sunday Edition of “Never Have I Ever” 🥯 I stumbled on an absolute spread today—pun intended. I’ll be honest, bagels have never really been my thing (they’ve always felt like stale donuts to me… had to say it). But then came the Carolina Brisket Stack on a salted egg bagel… and wow. Shoutout to Ally for the recommendation—this was exactly what I didn’t know I was missing. The space is open, modern, and the food absolutely delivers. Highly recommend checking them out if you get the chance.

Honestly surprised this place has such low reviews. I thought the place was pretty cool with the wood fire place right in the middle where the bagels are freshly baked. The bagels have that wood fire flavor and overall our bagels were very good. I think Spread Bagelry is great and deserves a second chance!

Been here multiple times. Most of the time this place is awesome. There is usually a pretty long wait if you order in store, but that’s absolutely understandable since it’s a busy place. Weekends can get pretty hectic here. Order ahead of time if you’re in a rush. Also check your sandwiches before you leave. I had the Club(which is very tasty) last time and it was ice cold. I definitely asked for it toasted. Even the bagel was cold which is strange because I figured that would at least be room temperature. Anyways, if you have the time to wait 30 minutes for an egg and cheese on a bagel and then have the time to go home and put in the microwave and toast the bagel, than this is the place for you.
